Where do we get the great prospects have the privilege to work with?

The answer is; they are “home grown”.

We are blessed to manage a foundation bred herd. They are proven horses with excellent minds and great conformation. We keep back a few colts every year as projects for our apprentices. The others we sell as good all-round ranch, trail, and rodeo prospects.

Our Sires

“King Blue Ambrose”

We call this beautiful blue boy “Jay”. He is 5 Panel negative, tested EE/aa/RnN and 89% NFQHA. Though he has sired other colts elsewhere we are excited to see his first colt crop this spring. We expect some fancy colors and great minds!

“Pocos Ozzy Cat”

“JIggs” is a wonderful gentle acting range stallion. He passes down trainability, athleticism, and great conformation which includes his huge bones. Many people think he is part draft. His pedigree goes back to the greats like Poco Beuno, High Rolling Roany, and Drifttwood.

We sell the majority of our weanlings every fall. We periodically have older started horses available as well.
